Building Memories, is the first of many next level real estate short films produced by University Production and the Velasco Group of San Jose, California. To execute the vision properly, they hired Fivecent Studios to cinematically capture the story of 2215 Liberata Drive in Morgan Hill. The $10 million estate features; a vineyard, pool, putting green, pond, and an immaculate interior.
